Rivington Street Holdings Plc announces that, as part of its on-going strategic review, the Company has agreed the in principle disposal of JPJShare.com, the transfer of the management contracts for its three Open-Ended Investment Companies, management changes and a GBP750,000 Loan Facility to support on-going working capital.

Specifically, the Company has agreed, subject to finalisation of detailed terms, to transfer the customer base of JPJShare.com to The Share Centre Ltd, one of the UK's leading independent retail stockbrokers and authorised and regulated by the FSA. This transfer thereby offers customers the chance to continue to trade at similar levels to JPJ's low tariffs but allows RSH to close down the operation, which lost over GBP620,000 in 2011.

As such we are currently unable to accept any new accounts as of 13:15 on the 18th of May 2012
